Water Pollution

The Problem With Water pollution

Water Pollution applies to any substance added to water making it impure or unclean. Water pollution is usually only seen as a problem for sea life and not us; however, contrary to that belief, water pollution affects us in a series of ways. Water pollution, at times, even affects the water we drink. If our water is contaminated it can spread diseases and kill a lot of important animals. According to an assessment by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) 46% of U.S. rivers and streams are in poor biological condition, 25% are in fair condition, and only 28% are in good condition.
